We approached the project through the MIT Disciplined Entrepreneurship lens — breaking an abstract vision into structured, testable layers. 1. Market Definition We began with a Lithuanian pilot market, ideal for early behavioral testing due to high digital literacy and openness to wellness innovation. From there, the expansion roadmap extended to broader European audiences. 2. Synthetic Focus Group Testing Using AI-driven validation tools, we created synthetic focus groups that simulated audience reactions to messaging, visuals, and tone. This allowed us to refine SoulBloom’s value proposition and identify early adopters without lengthy research cycles. 3. Narrative System Design We reframed Inner Axis from a “self-help product” into a relational intelligence platform — integrating neuroscience, emotional regulation, and community connection. CTRL+HX defined brand archetypes, storytelling arcs, and user journey milestones that merged scientific credibility with emotional resonance. 4. Go-to-Market Structure We mapped acquisition paths, pricing hypotheses, and content funnels around user intent. Each phase was tested for emotional clarity, conversion logic, and scalability — forming the backbone of SoulBloom’s investor deck and European launch plan.
